The Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan (NTMP) outlines the process through which residents can request traffic calming measures to improve safety in their neighborhoods. City Engineers and staff review requests and work with requestors to establish appropriate measures. Traffic calming solutions vary and are determined on a case-by-case scenario.

To request a traffic calming measure in your area, complete the Traffic Calming Improvements Neighborhood Petition on page 26 of the NTMP linked below and email it to murray.fontes@watsonville.gov.
