Looking for interactive and engaging activities for your child? Join us for Sensory Play, each month will feature a different theme and new ways to stimulate your growing child’s senses. Activities may include: water play, kinetic sand, touch-and-see tables, slime, finger painting, instrument exploration, aromatic experiences, and new tastes.

This program will take place on the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 4:00-5:30pm at the Freedom Library, Creative Cafe.

Interested in learning about nutrition and wellness? Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley will be hosting nutrition and physical well-being classes for our community. Nutrition experts will share their knowledge about the importance of balanced eating, the role of nutrients in maintaining health, and practical tips for making nutritious choices in your daily diet. Topics that will be covered include (but are not limited to): fiber, low sodium, balanced meals, etc.
The intended audience for this program is patrons of all ages.
Attendees will have the opportunity to taste and enjoy delicious food.
