City of Watsonville Community Development Engineering staff processes Water and Sanitary Sewer Service applications for new and existing developments. The City charges connection fees for new water and sanitary sewer utility services. The City of Watsonville Water Division construction crews perform the construction for new water services and bill applicants a standard set of fees. A list of Utility Connection and Construction Fees (PDF) is available for review. The City of Watsonville provides water service to portions of the County of Santa Cruz surrounding the City. The City Council has adopted a Policy for Water Services Outside City Limits (PDF) for new water services in the unincorporated county areas.
