On-call Professional Architectural Historian Services
The Community Development Department is requesting proposals from qualified architectural historians interested in providing consultant services for conducting third-party technical reviews of historic structures for which the City has received planning and/or building permit applications.

Please email any questions to Assistant Community Development Director Matt Orbach at matt.orbach@watsonville.gov. In order to ensure that all interested firms have access to the same information, all questions must be submitted by e-mail prior to June 13, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. City staff will strive to provide responses to all interested firms by June 17, 2025, and post the responses on the City website. Please submit one (1) electronic PDF copy of your proposal no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 20, 2025.
