The City of Watsonville in partnership with Community Arts & Empowerment is seeking community input on preliminary designs that will be translated into mosaics by the community under the guidance of Community Arts & Empowerment for the Plaza Skirt to be completed in the summer of 2027.
Three artists and a team of 6 artists were given a stipend for rough designs on the themes below. One of the four will be chosen to respond to community input and refine their designs.
