Officer Uribe represents WPD at Police Officers Memorial Run

Watsonville Police Officer Armando Uribe proudly represented our department during the 2023 Police Officers Memorial Run in Modesto.   

Armando completed a half marathon in full police gear in 2 hours, 58 minutes, and 49 seconds.   

The primary goals of this non-profit organization are to educate the public about officers who die in the line of duty, to support and assist the families of fallen officers, and to raise public awareness of the Stanislaus County, State, and National memorials for fallen officers.

El Oficial Armando Uribe representó con orgullo a nuestro departamento de policía durante la Carrera Conmemorativa de Oficiales de Policía de 2023 en Modesto. 

Armando completó una media maratón con todo el uniforme policial en 2 horas, 58 minutos y 49 segundos. 

Los objetivos principales de esta organización sin fines de lucro son educar al público sobre los oficiales que mueren en el cumplimiento del deber, apoyar y ayudar a las familias de los oficiales caídos y crear conciencia pública sobre los monumentos conmemorativos nacionales, estatales y del Condado de Stanislaus para Oficiales caídos.
