Our Public Works and Utilities Department recently won two Project of the Year Awards from the Monterey Bay Chapter of the American Public Works Association for their work on the Civic Plaza Mosaic Mural Project and the Ohlone Parkway Road Resurfacing Project completed in 2024.
Project of the Year Awards recognizes the alliance between the managing agency, design teams, consultant or engineering teams, and the contractor working together to complete public works projects.

Nuestro Departamento de Obras Públicas y Servicios Públicos recibió recientemente dos Premios al Proyecto del Año de la Sección de la Bahía de Monterey de la Asociación Americana de Obras Públicas por su trabajo en el Proyecto del Mural de Mosaico de la Plaza Cívica y el Proyecto de Repavimentación de la Calle Ohlone Parkway, completados en 2024.
Los Premios al Proyecto del Año reconocen la colaboración entre la agencia gestora, los equipos de diseño, los equipos de consultores o ingenieros y el contratista para completar los proyectos de obras públicas.
