Christmas trees will be collected curbside the week of January 8th through the 12th. Follow these guidelines to ensure your tree is collected and properly disposed of: 

  • Remove all decorations: lights, ornaments, garlands, tinsel, bases, and skirts —these items are NOT recyclable
  • Set your tree on the curb next to your garbage bin the week of January 8th – 12th on the day of your garbage collection service
  • Cut trees larger than 8 feet in half 
  • Take plastic and tinsel trees to the Waste & Recycle Drop-Off Center Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am– 2:30 pm. They are not accepted curbside.  

Christmas trees are not recyclable. Please do not put them in your blue bin.

Los árboles de Navidad se recogerán en la banqueta la semana del 8 al 12 de enero. Siga estas pautas para asegurarse de que su árbol se recoja y se deseche adecuadamente: 

  • Retire todas las decoraciones: luces, adornos, guirnaldas, oropel, bases y faldones; estos artículos NO son reciclables
  • Coloque su árbol en la banqueta junto a su bote de basura la semana del 8 al 12 de enero el día de su servicio de recolección de basura
  • Corte árboles de más de 8 pies por la mitad 
  • Lleve árboles de plástico y oropel al Centro de Basura y Reciclaje de martes a sábado, de 9 am. a 2:30 pm. No se aceptan en la banqueta

Los árboles Navideños no son reciclables. No los tire en el bote azul.
