Volunteer Program
Program Overview
Take pride in the community in which we live and play by choosing to volunteer! The City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department encourages public participation in an effort to build a sense of community. Volunteers with different skills and areas of interest are encouraged to participate in sports, neighborhood clean ups, special events to name a few.
We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities for community members to assist with numerous city projects and special events. These opportunities are a way to give back to the community in which you live in and, for some, to earn valuable community service hours. There are many different areas to volunteer for and the number of hours/days you volunteer depends on your schedule.
Make a difference in your community, volunteer with the City of Watsonville today!
For more information about volunteering for the City of Watsonville or if you wish to volunteer in a way different from the opportunities described above, contact Sara Jewell, at 831.768.3241 or Sara.Jewell@Watsonville.gov.
